1. We have a date, May 18-19, 2007.  We have a Site, praise the Lord, The Community Church of Ashburn has agreed to host the Site.

3.   We will have a Christian Leaders Meeting prior to the AIG-DC Seminar,  the CLM date is 3/27/2007, the CLM Site is the WestPark Hotel at Tyson's Corner.

4.  We have many positions yet to fill on the AIG-DC 2007 Organizing Committee, please call one or email  one of the above if your interested in helping.

You should email Jim Shipe, jim.shipe@gmail.com, with the amount and date of your donation.   Donations cover the expense of the CLM, which is entirely the Local Committee responsibility and sending out invitations to the CLM.   AIG HQ sends the invitations.  The DC local committee constructs the mailing list and emails it to AiG HQ.

As of 2/10/07, praise the Lord at we have reached our goal of $13,000 for our part of the AiG conference. 

8.  Here is the model we will use to get the word out on the AiG Conference.  There strategy is pastors and Christian Leaders to a Christian Leaders Meeting and also get brochures in the form of a PDF file and printed brochures to place a bulletin inserts for churches who are supportive, but do not attend the CLM.    Here is a flow diagram.

The RSVP is sent to Cris Loop, who will place the RSVPs in the Church DB and inform the County Coordinator.  The invitation itself has the phone number of the Washington DC AiG Info line, so pastors have 3 methods to say YES I will come:

    1) callers

    2) RSVP with the invitation

    3) Call the AiG Toll Free number and RSVP by pressing 1.
